Executive Biography
George W. Scott IV is an Executive Operator who specializes in transforming founder-led and growth-stage organizations into scalable, systems-driven businesses. His work centers on building the operating systems, leadership infrastructure, and accountability frameworks that allow organizations to grow with consistency, profitability, and long-term enterprise value.
Throughout his career, George has been drawn to organizations facing complexity, rapid growth, or operational friction. Rather than simply improving existing operations, he builds the systems that enable businesses to scale long after the initial transformation is complete.
As Chief Operating Officer of Clean It Crew, George led enterprise operations and full P&L responsibility for a multi-division facilities and environmental services company serving nationally recognized organizations including Walmart, Target, Costco, Starbucks, The Venetian, and Altru Health System. Under his leadership, the organization scaled to deliver more than 14,000 annual service calls while reducing administrative workload by 40%, doubling fleet utilization, and developing an operational structure supporting more than 100 employees across multiple service lines.
Earlier in his career, George led the operational turnaround of an O’Reilly Auto Parts location, increasing annual revenue from $1.6 million to $2.4 million while doubling profit margins through operational discipline, merchandising innovation, and leadership development. He later served as Fleet Operations Manager for a FedEx Ground contractor, where he helped build the operational infrastructure that supported expansion from a 27-truck fleet to a network exceeding 100 delivery routes while implementing systems that later supported growth beyond 300 trucks.
George approaches every organization with a simple philosophy: great companies are built on great operating systems. He believes sustainable growth comes from creating clarity, accountability, disciplined execution, and leaders who can consistently deliver results without relying on individual heroics.
Today, George is pursuing executive leadership opportunities where he can help organizations scale through business transformation, operational excellence, and enterprise execution. He is also open to board advisory, consulting, and private equity operating partner opportunities where building scalable operating systems is central to long-term value creation.
